The faces of H&H

Postby Dave M » Thu Jul 17, 2014 9:30 pm

Hi gang,

As you may know we are sorting out the static content on the site - rules, about the club, world history etc. We are going to need photos to make it look awesome... fortunately we have loads of amazing photos off recent events taken by Jackie and others.

Rather than asking who is not happy with having photos of themselves dressed as elves all over the internet, easier to ask who wants to represent the external visual face of club?

I for one :)

I am happy to be shown.
I have a lot of photos taken at H&H events over the years - you are welcome to use them, though sorting out permissions from some people in them may not be easy......

If there are people in the background who we don't have permission for, or who actively disapprove of having their face on t'internet, then we can always blur them out, or cover them up with cut-out monster masks or something... It's only if they're foreground that we would have a problem... :)

bump!

pixelated faces and photoshoped masks? we'll look like wierdos... oh wait... we do already!

Seriously though we don't want to make it look like our members are ashamed of it (I know that's not the reality - but that's how it would look. We have taken thousands of photos over the last couple of years, there's going to be loads of good ones we can use without resorting to that.
