Heroes Return Thanks

Hi all!

Amazing time, thank you to everyone. When you don't get to go along so often, it is always a great reminder of how much fun we have together.

Massive thanks to Andy and all the other organisers. The plot was suitably twisted and occasionally vicious, the banquet was very well done and delicious (thank you Chefs!!), the monsters were an excellent mix of dangerous and funny, and of course having excellent players to bounce off is wonderful. Who would have thought that Angel would invite Greensleeves (of all people) to provide the entertainment with Loki and Anduin! I hope my relentless mix of arseholery was taken in the spirit it was intended (OOC of course, IC it was fully intended )

See you next..umm...year I guess.

I would also like to add my thanks to Andy, Tom and all the monsters and other refs that added plot. The monster crew did a spectacular job - I counted over 40 encounters over the course of the weekend!!! And of course the players were brilliant - especially for putting up with Angel being batshit bonkers for three whole days

I dont have time to go into all the highs for me but i would like to thank Andy and refs for making all of our wishes come true with the old adage "careful what you wish for".

- Elemental pit fighting
- Hepath summoning
- Meeting a Forsaken
- Dancing girls
- Loads of loot (even if we did have to give it away)
- Banqueting
- and loads more!

I especially enjoyed being out in the fresh air on Friday instead of in the office. We should definitely do more 60 hours.
