Actual food and meals... We don't generally run catered events, since we're keen to keep costs down for participants, and prefer to allow people to be able to make their own food choices... Also there are various people with food allergies which makes it difficult to do large scale catering...
However, quite often participants will work together, with one person cooking for a load of other people... e.g. on the June event I ran, Tori cooked pulled pork for about 10 of us on Saturday night, and we just gave her a fiver each to cover her costs... Generally participants will put round an e-mail chain before the event to arrange this...
We do, however, provide bread, margarine, milk, cereal, tea and coffee as part of the event price...
