Enhanced Feature: Inline Character Creation on event booking

So, when you book on an event, you will now see a new checkbox after 'character name' which gives you the option to create a new character inline. When you check it, a new subform opens, allowing you to create a new character, which will then be booked on the event when you submit your booking.

Handy if you're booking on an event as a new character, if you haven't yet created the character you want to book on as on the site...
