New Feature: Create New Characters (Basic)

Great News! If you visit the site control panel here: http://www.heroesandheroines.org/heroes ... nager.html you can now create new characters on the site... Even better news: these characters can even post to the forums!

They're only very basic at present, but features will increase as/when i have more time...
