New feature: 'discuss' forums

Hi everyone,

I've just set up a bunch of stickies forums in the Barracks for all of the major areas of the world. The idea is that if one of your characters knows anything about one of these areas, finds out something new, or picks up a document relevant to that area they can post it there.

I think it will be great for those characters who do not, for whatever reason, write reports, to have a place where they can add little tidbits.

The stuff I've put up is just what Dorian knows/remembers and is most likely wildly inaccurate in several places so please feel free to correct him!
