Hi,

Under 18s may be permitted to attend club events provided they meet the following
conditions:
 He/she has been accepted as a junior member by the majority of the
committee;
 He/she has paid the junior membership fee due annually on 1 April;
 He/she has been accepted as a participant by the referee running the
event;
 He/she is accompanied by a parent or guardian of at least 21 years of
age.

We don't use boffer weapons we use European style larp weapons made of a solid core, closed cell foam (traditional LD45 or 33) coated with latex and a sealant (usually isoflex) - and any weapon that Is deemed to be unsafe due to being too hard, exposed core, old and become solid, will be pulled form play.

We can teach you how to fight safely, there are rules on the site and in the download section, and we are happy to explain the rules on events. we usually suggest monstering to begin with as there is less rules you need to be immediately worried about, things can be explained as encounters occur so you know what is relevant at the time and you can see a variety of roles and test things out.
